What this site is

The Cut List is a directory. It does not process payments, does not take a commission, and is not a party to any agreement between a client and a freelancer listed here. Rates and availability are declared by the freelancers themselves and are a starting point for a conversation, not an offer.

Intellectual property

The wording, layout and code of this site belong to the publisher. Work samples linked from a profile remain the property of their authors and the clients who commissioned them; they are linked, never rehosted.
